A Crossroads

Over decades, we built and operated an IDD business providing Residential Supports, Host Homes, Supported Living, Behavioral Services, Nursing, Pharmacy Services, and ABA services. We grew the company, overcoming new obstacles and developing new skill sets along the way. We learned how to scale in a way that enhanced the services we provided, and because of our commitment to quality, we achieved great success.  

After doing this for many years, we faced a pivotal moment; several owners of the company were preparing to retire. We needed to determine the best path forward. We wanted to ensure continuity for the people who rely on us while upholding the values that defined us for so many years. We wrestled with the uncertainty that comes with change. We believed there must be a model that values all stakeholders, one that ensures businesses thrive for the long term without sacrificing what makes them great. 

We Understand

We understand the weight of these decisions. Our leadership team is comprised of people who have been on all sides of ownership transitions in IDD businesses – those who are grappling with the weight of passing the ownership torch, and those who are employed by the organization that is changing hands.

Owners feel the responsibility of passing the reins while ensuring that those they support and the teams they work with are cared for just as they have been. Employees wonder what the future holds and whether their contributions will continue to have a lasting impact. We have experienced these challenges firsthand, and our commitment is to create a path forward that prioritizes what’s right—ensuring stability, respect, and shared success.
