Payroll Software Switch
Helped company switch from Quickbooks to a more powerful software with schedules, punching via cell phone, geo maps and 401k integration.

Fusion Integration
Moved from tracking data in Excel to "Fusion", proprietary best in class software used to track, clients, houses, billing, employment, client finances, progress reports, behavior data and much more.

Pay Card Switch
Company received 60 day notification that their Paycard provider was no longer in business. We helped shift to a new provider and implemented full financial packet reporting.

Custom E-Sign Billing Tool
New Mexico requires Vendor Payment Request to be signed by third parties. Caregivers would have to submit paperwork, invoices had to be generated, invoices mailed to third parties for signature, signed invoices sent back to office, office submit signed invoices to state. Our custom solution automatically creates the invoices, emails them out for e-signature, once signed they get submitted directly to the state.

Accounting
At one company they outsourced their accounting so we took over the accounting functions. At another company they already had an accounting team so we are working with the existing team to continue the accounting functions.

Rep Payee Department
At one company we took over the Rep Payee and Subsidies department duties because they were outsourcing the duties. At another company we are a consulting partner to help with best practices. We are working with them to understand pros and cons of Collective accounts.

401k Integration
Helped multiple companies move their 401k to a more powerful integrated partner.

Insurance Benefits
Consult with companies on their health insurance plans and offerings including Health Savings Accounts and dental. When it makes sense, we have brought companies on to a plan with better group rates.

Risk Management
Consulted with companies on their liability, vehicle, and other insurance products. And implemented best practices to reduce liability.

Fleet Tracking
Implemented Fleet Tracking and monitoring software with location and speed alerts and two-way cameras to protect drivers with video evidence and to improve driving practices.

Applicant Tracking
Implemented Applicant Tracking software to increase applicants and to improve tracking and speed to hire. Also worked to create more appealing targeted marketing to cast a broader net for applicants.

Onsite Finger Printing
Implemented onsite fingerprinting of new hires to speed the hiring process and to ensure a smooth transition into training.

Speed Expense Tracking
Removed Credit Cards from owners name and implemented better expense tracking software and receipt capture.

Behavioral Services
Hired Certified Behavior Analyst and helped ensure seamless behavioral service supports.

IT Help Desk
Implementation of an IT Help desk department to oversee procurement of new computers, phones, as well as helping with new employee onboarding. IT Help Desk to troubleshoot IT issues that arise.

Implementation of branded company email system using HIPAA compliant email security settings. Systems are built on Microsoft and come with Messenger and other Microsoft products.
