Troy started work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) over 20 years ago and now serves as the CEO.  He brings extensive experience in management and leadership roles within IDD services across multiple states. With a strong background in operations and policy, he excels in driving organizational success and fostering growth.

Rich specializes in projects and systems. He has a knack for designing efficient workflows that allow people to focus on the work they love.  One of his most impressive projects was to build, program, and maintain an IDD enterprise software called Fusion, used by many of our companies.  He also founded a closed-door pharmacy dedicated solely to serving people with IDD and their unique needs.

Shawnee started as a Direct Support Professional.  She pursued a Masters in Social Work, as well as a PhD in Disability Disciplines (with emphases in Applied Behavior Analysis and Disability Studies).  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  She has extensive practical operational experience and her areas of expertise include positive behavior supports, staff training, and leadership development.

Justin started as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and has years of experience developing programs and leading highly successful organizations for individuals with complex needs. He directed Utah's DHS service design and review office, and brings deep expertise in compliance, change management, process improvement, and effective program design. Justin is strength-based and committed to collaboratively strengthening outcomes for organizations and the people they serve.

Josh Dobbins, CPA, empowers growing companies with strategic financial leadership. His experience scaling businesses and managing multi-location operations, combined with his proven track record as a CFO, delivers measurable results. Josh champions servant leadership, fostering collaborative environments where teams thrive and achieve peak performance.

Doug, our Regional CFO brings extensive accounting expertise, mastering AP, AR, billing, financials, and tax. He ensures compliance with reporting requirements across multiple states, delivering financial excellence.

Adam, who leads our Business Development team, specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Known for his sharp financial insights, he ensures sound decisions and cultural alignment. Adam is also a trusted guide for sellers, simplifying the process with care and expertise.

Ryan leverages his experience in corporate banking, where he managed high-value lending portfolios and structured complex financial deals, to support our Business Development team. His deep financial expertise makes him an excellent resource for business owners exploring their options.

Chris, our VP of Human Resources, is a true people’s champion. With a career dedicated to HR, he excels at supporting employees and supervisors alike. Known for his attentive listening and unwavering support, Chris fosters a positive and empowering workplace culture.

Laurie is an Integration Specialist with over 30 years of leadership and industry experience. She excels at aligning systems, supporting teams, and facilitating smooth transitions during acquisitions. Passionate about mentoring and committed to delivering high-quality supports for IDD, Laurie fosters an environment where new partners feel valued and confident—building trust and easing integration stress so they can remain focused on delivering outstanding services.

Greg, our IT Director, oversees all aspects of technology, including Microsoft cloud systems, security, email, Teams, building security, IT Help Desk, and new employee onboarding. He ensures our tech infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.
